streaming content

I was looking at doing a live stream of the wedding. Inorder to get a good feed, I would need around 60Kbps Doing this event live no longer seems like the way to go. I will be saving it to a file and then serving it up; offering it as a streaming download. I can then offer a higer quality feed; and
