I Don't know how many months this has been the case; but I love using openID, but so few sites use it. If you also use both, and didn't know about this, tie your accounts at will!

flash with audio in linux

Odd thing happened. I couldn't get sound working in flash (worked in firefox, just not flash.) So after a few hours, I gave up and reinstalled. I then got flash working after installing the plugin. Rebooting the box in the morning, Flash and Java did not have audio. Eventually, I rebooted again, and flash and java audio started working again. What gives? nothing changed between the time it broke and was fixed. I played with all the volume controls, no luck. So very odd.
